These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Avotix and the client. Please read carefully before engaging our services or making any payment.
All projects undertaken by Avotix are subject to a structured payment model designed to ensure fairness, commitment, and smooth execution. These terms apply to all services provided by Avotix regardless of the project size, type, or duration unless a separate written agreement has been signed by both parties explicitly stating otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all projects require an upfront advance payment before any work begins. This advance typically ranges from a percentage of the total project cost and is mandatory for initiating project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
For projects structured in multiple phases or milestones, payments are divided accordingly. Each phase must be paid for before the commencement of the next stage. The client agrees to make all milestone payments promptly upon completion or as per the agreed timeline.
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods communicated by Avotix. Accepted methods may include:
For international clients, payments may be accepted in different currencies. However, all currency conversion charges, bank fees, transaction fees, and any additional costs imposed by financial institutions shall be borne entirely by the client. Avotix shall not be responsible for any discrepancies caused due to exchange rate fluctuations or third-party payment systems.
Timely payment is a fundamental obligation of the client. In the event of delayed payments, Avotix reserves the right to:
All deliverables — including but not limited to source code, designs, files, access credentials, and final outputs — shall remain the sole property of Avotix until full payment for the project has been received.
Ownership rights are transferred to the client only upon complete settlement of all dues. Any unauthorized use, deployment, distribution, or modification of partially delivered or unpaid work shall be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.
Clients acknowledge that all payments made are for the time, effort, expertise, and resources invested by Avotix in delivering the agreed services. Therefore, payments once made are non-refundable except in cases explicitly covered under a separate Refund Policy or written agreement.
For full details, please review our Refund Policy.
In cases where a project is put on hold due to client inactivity, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary inputs for an extended period, Avotix reserves the right to reallocate resources and adjust timelines.
If the project remains inactive beyond a reasonable timeframe, it may be considered abandoned, and any reactivation may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines.
Avotix may revise pricing, payment structures, or terms for new projects or future engagements. However, any changes will not affect ongoing projects that are already under an agreed contract unless mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
In the event of a dispute related to payments, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion and good faith negotiation. These Payment Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By proceeding with any payment or engaging with our services, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Payment Terms and understand that compliance with these terms is mandatory for the continuation and successful completion of your project.
