Laws of India apply to all services, agreements, and engagements.
Courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

By engaging Avotix, all clients accept Indian jurisdiction and law.
All services, agreements, transactions, communications, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with Avotix shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This ensures that a single, consistent legal framework applies to all engagements, regardless of the client's location, nationality, or place of business.
The entire relationship between Avotix and the client — including all services, agreements, intellectual property, data usage, payments, and communications — shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
The client expressly agrees that any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to Avotix — including but not limited to service agreements, payments, intellectual property, data usage, or any form of engagement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
For international clients, it is clearly understood and agreed that by engaging with Avotix, they voluntarily accept and submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts and agree that Indian laws shall govern all aspects of the relationship.
The client waives any objection to this jurisdiction, including objections based on geographical inconvenience, difference in legal systems, or any other grounds.
In order to promote efficient resolution of disputes and avoid unnecessary legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disagreements through mutual discussion, negotiation, and good faith efforts. Such discussions shall aim to reach a practical and mutually acceptable solution before initiating formal legal action.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual efforts within a reasonable period of time, either party may proceed with legal remedies in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction specified herein.
Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, and shall be subject to the procedural and substantive laws applicable in that jurisdiction. The prevailing party may seek recovery of reasonable legal costs and attorney fees as permitted by law.
In cases where any provision of this clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
The unenforceable portion shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties while maintaining legal validity.
Avotix reserves the right to update or modify this Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements or business practices. Any such updates will be effective upon publication on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
